2026 Fall Retreat Speakers
Ladies Retreat - October 2 - 3, 2026
Michelle was raised in a godly home in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and accepted the Lord as her Savior shortly before her fifth birthday. At age 14, during a Bible Conference at her church, she surrendered her life to the Lord for full-time Christian service.
Michelle attended Appalachian Bible College, where she met her husband, Brian. After graduating, they married and began their first ministry together right here in Caldwell, where Brian served as the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church.
Throughout their 35 years of ministry, Brian has served as both a youth pastor and pastor in churches across West Virginia, Ohio, Alaska, and Pennsylvania. This month marks the beginning of their 12th year of ministry at Bethany Chapel in Marion Center, Pennsylvania.
Michelle and Brian have one son, Joshua, who was born during their time of ministry here in Ohio. Joshua and his wife, Kaley, along with their two sons, are faithfully serving the Lord in Florida.
Michelle finds great joy in being "Nana" to her grandsons, homemaking, reading, and playing the piano. One of her greatest passions is sharing the Word of God with women, encouraging and challenging them to grow in their faith and become Women of the Word.
We are so thankful to have Michelle with us and look forward to the blessing of hearing what the Lord has placed on her heart!
Men's Retreat - October 9 - 10, 2026
Roger Grantham was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. Following a clear calling into full-time ministry, he attended Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City, graduating in 2008. That same year, he married his wife, Aubrey. The Granthams spent their first eight years of ministry on staff at Mesa Baptist Church in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In 2015, they transitioned to Marietta, Ohio, to join the pastoral team at Twin Rivers Baptist Church, serving alongside Roger’s adopted father, Pastor Jeff Baumer, where Roger has ministered for the past 11 years. Married for 18 years, Roger and Aubrey have dedicated their entire marriage to youth ministry and teaching Scripture to teenagers. God has blessed them with four children: Adrian(16), Evan(14), Annalee(7), and Elliot(1).
Teen Retreat - October 16 - 17, 2026
​Jeff and Ashley Triplett have been married for 23 years and share a deep love for Jesus, family, and serving others. They are blessed with four children: Levi (32), married to Rose; Derek (30), married to Halle; Albreah (20); and Jeffrey (19). They are also proud Pappy and LaLa to their two grandchildren, Silas (7) and Mary (1), who bring a special joy to their lives.
Jeff serves as the CEO of Washington Electric Cooperative, while Ashley serves as the Director of Pine Lake Bible Camp. Together, they have a heart for ministry and a passion for investing in the next generation.
This year’s Teen Retreat theme, “Among Lions,” reflects their desire to encourage young people to stand boldly for Christ, just as Daniel did, even when surrounded by a world that challenges their faith.
Their prayer is that through their marriage, family, work, and ministry, they will point others to Jesus and encourage a generation to stand firm, live courageously, and follow Christ wherever He leads.
